Once your home hits the market, your Regional Realty agent will take over, handling every detail until your house is sold. One thing we won’t ever do, however, is keep you in the dark. After all, it’s your house and you want to know what’s going on. We offer several tools and services to keep you in the loop throughout the entire selling process. Here are a few examples:
- Personalized web page We’ll create a personal web page just for you. Log on any time to see what’s happening with the sale of your home; get feedback we’ve collected from buying agents; access a calendar with your contract dates and other important events; review disclosures and contracts; and more. We give you access to all the information you want, whenever you want it.
- Market Update This is our one-of-a-kind market update service. While your house is on the market, we’ll set you up to receive automatic email alerts every time a home comes on the market, goes under contract, or sells in your neighborhood. You’ll be able to follow what’s happening with other homes similar to yours.
- Broker Feedback Whenever an agent shows your home, we’ll contact them to request comments, criticisms and buyer reactions. Then we’ll email you the information we receive. Your Regional Realty agent will discuss the feedback with you and will make any necessary changes to the selling strategy of your home. All of your feedback will be uploaded to your personal web page for you to view anytime.
